They were very prompt in replying to my requests and to give me further instructions. I was notified as soon as payment went through and sent me the e ticket almost straight away. The instructions on how to catch the train was very clear. A reminder was sent to me the day before we travelled. We followed their instructions and they were perfect.
They even followed up later that day to ensure all went smoothly.

Due to a major storm, our train from Hue to Da Nang was heavily delayed (5/6+ hours).. A21 tours saved us! We messaged them on WhatsApp and booked seats on a van going within the next two hours, and with hotel pick up and drop off too!
We were so happy with the service that we used them again the next day for another journey. They’re always super quick to reply and happy to answer any questions we have.

Hai van pass train ride
I had been looking online to book a train from Da Nang to Hue via the hai van pass. Issues with online booking systems left me frustrated and a quick Google search brought me to this company.
