Booked for Green Bus via a21 and everything went smoothly. Nothing to complain. Everything went as scheduled, no e-ticket needed. Good services and very responsive on WhatsApp.

Green Bus is comfy - clear & good arrangement My friend and I took green bus from Sapa to Hanoi, the bus was comfy. There’s a girl as the bus assistant, who speak very good english and would repeat the pre-recorded broadcasts so to make sure everyone aware of the notices. We booked the other bus company from Hanoi to Sapa, it was also comfy but the arrangement is not better. Also they don’t have clear instruction about when is the next stop. No notice at all, the bus assistant was just sleeping. And only one toilet time which is not quite enough for a 6 hours trip. One thing i think green bus can improve is to pay more attention to the guests during the trip. As some of them were eating oranges in the bus which the bus is not allow eating. and some of them watching drama without an earphone, that was ignoring. I asked that person to volume down by myself. If the bus assistant can help for such then it would be even better. Hassle free trip from Hanoi to Sapa -VIP bus Me and my siblings were planning to go from Hanoi to Sapa. Till we realized we haven't book our sleeper bus. We searched and came across A21 tours and tried to see if we can still be accommodated provided that the booking was done less than 24 hours. We booked online, and pro actively we have also sent a message in Whatsapp to ensure that once payment is done, we can get the e-ticket confirmation. To our surprise, just around 4-5 hours, they have reached out to us to guide us on the payment process and the issuance of the e-ticket as well. Their swift response was a relief w/our anxiety given the limited time for us. Also, it didn't stopped from just issuing the vip bus e-ticket confirmation but A21 tours consistently checked us from departure to arrival and any other concerns in between. They made sure that the tourists will only get enjoyment, safety and hassle free experience. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean and well organised I booked three Transfers with A21 (Halong bay to Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi) and all were very good. The buses were clean, comfortable and on time. The organisation and information given before the transfer was also very good. Before each tour I was given the drivers name, phone number and number plate.

Booked 2 VIP seats (middle 2 rows) as previously we had the rear seats which are over the the rear wheel axle, so a very uncomfortable ride. Different company, different seats made the world of difference. Arrived bang on time, given a cake and water. Wifi worked brilliantly. Two stops on the way for refreshments etc. Pickup and drop off from our hotels. Couldn’t fault them and highly recommend.

Limousine ride Hanoi to Sapa to Hanoi to Airport. I used A21 limousine service from Hanoi Airport to Sapa to Hanoi to Airport on time and very comfortable. We communicate thru what app with driver mobile number and license plate number. Driver arrive on time for all the pick up. Excellent service highly recommended.

Amazing travel company to do Vietnam. After hustling with quite a few, this one is BY FAR the most professional and the most reliable. When I come back I will book everything through their services. We picked the Limo-Bus to Sapa, worth every penny, comfortable, AC, USB port at every seat, wifi and on time pick-up.

Sapa to Hanoi with Ecosapa Limousine booked via A21. Group of 6 international travelers with big suitcases. Paid extra to ensure we had the limousine all to ourselves so that we could fit all our luggage. This was very important considering the amount of bags we had. We booked via A21 for a transfer from Sapa to Hanoi. Our driver, Than, from Ecosapa Limousines arrived on time and provided us with drinks and a plain bun for the journey. He was very friendly and we had some good laughs. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable.

Booking Train Tickets We used A21 for booking the King Sapa Train from Hanoi to Lao Cai. The service was excellent with very good communication. I recommend A21 and would use then again any time. Thank you.

Hanoi to Sapa Travel. Such a great way to travel to Sapa. Very reasonably priced! The cabins were clean and snacks/water were provided. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise of the train, however, this was outweighed by the accessibility and ease of travel from Hanoi to Sapa

Great way to travel We took the night train with King Express from Hanoi to Sa Pa and it was simply a perfect way to travel. I can highly recommend treating yourself to this experience. The cabin was clean and nice, the train ran smoothly and was exactly on time, the staff were so nice and we had a wonderful time and a good nights sleep arriving fresh and happy at Sa Pa. Don’t miss out on this.

Reliable & Good transport provider :) A21 was very responsive to my queries & was able to communicate with me via WhatsApp promptly throughout my stay in Hanoi.
